Content Manager/Learning Content Review Specialist
6 month contract
450 per day
Dublin South
Hybrid - 3 days on site
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content review, instructional design, or project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
 


 
The Learning Content Review Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and managing the quality and timeliness of learning content provided by external vendors. This role includes assessing the educational effectiveness of content, ensuring alignment with our curriculum goals, platform standards, and managing schedules and deliverables to ensure timely updates and releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, content development, and project management within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Review and Evaluation:
Assess the quality and relevance of learning content provided by vendors.
Ensure content aligns with our curriculum goals and industry standards.
Provide feedback to vendors to improve content quality and educational effectiveness.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of instructional materials.
Schedule and Deliverable Management:
Assist with the maintenance of schedules for content review and release.
Assist with the tracking and management of deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Assist with the coordination with internal subject matter experts, external vendors to address delays and ensure adherence to deadlines.
 Assist with the communication of project status and updates to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for content review.
Conduct regular audits of learning content to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
Assist with the development and implementation of checklists and review templates to standardize the content evaluation process.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the Content Director and other team members to align content with learning objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to address content-related issues and improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of content reviews, feedback, and revisions.
Prepare and present reports on content quality and project progress.
Assist with documentation to communicate best practices for content development and review.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning content development and adult education.
Recommend and implement improvements to the content review process.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
 
 
All about you
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content review, instructional design, or project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
