Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid - Galway City Centre

We are looking for Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to join our client on a 12-month contract. As part of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance APIs and web user experiences to support customer needs. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performant REST APIs using Java or NodeJS.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces with React or Angular.
• Work in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Use DevOps, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, uDeploy, and CloudFormation.
• Implement automation testing using tools like JUnit, Mocha, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Employ best practices in software architecture and design patterns to build scalable systems.
• Apply test-driven development practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java or NodeJS for backend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience working in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern architecture patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative mindset.
