Senior Software Engineer
Dublin – hybrid
Salary: up to €80K plus 10% bonus and more
Irish-owned, investment management firm is hiring for a Senior Software Engineer. Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working from Dublin City Centre.
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with business users, vendors, and other stakeholders to craft solutions to business problems considering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop technical solutions which easily maintainable, and in line with development standards and best practices.
- Creation and execution of automated test scripts wherever possible.
- Support of production systems, resolving issues within SLA.
The skills you will bring:
- 5+ Years of Java/J2EE and related technologies, ideally using Spring-based technology.
- Demonstrated experience of developing software according to technical designs.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in Spring technologies (MVC, JPA, BOOT, Security)
- Prior experience in front-end tech such as with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Bootstrap framework & CSS would be desirable.
- Experience of SQL & RDBMS development.
- Working knowledge of Linux.
