Assistant Development Manager / Project Manager – Developer - Dublin

You will join a leading residential construction company that is committed to delivering homes that are setting new standards in excellence. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they’re seeking a Development Manager / Project Manager to join the team and lead projects of up to €100m plus in value to successful completion. You’ll have exposure to multiple residential projects of low to medium density at various stages of their Development Lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring design progression complies with building regulations, planning legislation and statutory requirements 
• Manage the transition from Planning Stage through to Delivery Stage on each Project
• Coordinating the Design process from Masterplan stage through Planning Stage
• Developing project specific programs and workflows
• Managing all professional appointments

You will need:

• A relevant Third Level Qualification in Property Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar 
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead a multidisciplinary team
• An understanding and knowledge of residential planning and development
• Previous experience in a client-side Project Management role
• Excellent IT skills across the full Microsoft Office suite
