Senior Controls Engineer - Waterford, Ireland
From E-Frontiers, we are looking for a Senior Controls Engineer with PLC experience to join a company specializing in the design and build of custom machinery for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.
About the project:
You will join a dynamic team composed of 18 international professionals, including mechanical, electrical and software engineers, working on innovative projects in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Tasks
Develop and implement automation solutions with Beckhoff PLCs or other platforms.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative solutions.
Maintain and improve existing control systems.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience with Beckhoff PLCs (experience with other systems desirable).
Intermediate level of English for technical communication.
Availability to work on site in Waterford, Ireland.
Ability to integrate into a multicultural team.
Conditions
Permanent contract directly with the client.
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000 (with 6 and 12 month reviews).
Accommodation provided for the first month to facilitate relocation.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 17:00.
Friday: 8:00 - 13:00
Office closed for summer (1 weekend in July/August) and Christmas period.
