We’re looking for multiple Business Analysts with expertise in Mortgage Operations, business architecture, and JIRA. The successful candidate will contribute to critical operational model projects, focusing on documentation, process improvement, and procedural consistency. This role includes working closely with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and streamlined operations across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on operational model projects for Mortgage Operations and business architecture.
• Document system requirements, leveraging expertise in EBS and JIRA for system tracking and process optimization.
• Review and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent operations.
• Support communications and engagement initiatives within the PMO, working closely with stakeholders to drive project success.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Mortgage Operations and familiarity with EBS.
• Proficiency in JIRA and hands-on experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent documentation skills, with experience in system documentation and process improvements.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Background in risk management is a plus
