About the Role:

Our client, a large main contractor, is seeking a Finishing Foreperson to oversee the finishing works on an existing hotel project in the inner city of Dublin.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, overseeing finishing works for this hotel projects (& future resi & commercial projects) while ensuring the highest standards of quality by the finishing trades.

The role will initially be contract based for 1/2 months but there is an opportunity to be hired permanently after the contract period ends.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Trade background, Carpenter preferably
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a lead Finishing Foreperson position overseeing the finishing trade sub contractors on hotel projects &/or on large scale residential/commercial projects
