Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join our team in Cork. You will oversee the finishing stages of residential units, ensuring quality and efficiency, managing subcontractors, and ensuring best-in-class customer service. This role involves strong ownership of health and safety and coordination to meet project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Trade background preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee health and safety management on site.
• Ensure subcontractor work aligns with delivery timelines.
• Conduct continuous site inspections, raising and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage snagging, unit handovers, and testing timelines.
• Liaise with subcontractors, sales teams, homeowners, and potential purchasers.
• Instill excellent customer service and brand advocacy.
