Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreperson to join our team on a project in North Dublin. In this role, you will oversee the finishing stages of residential units, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained. You will be responsible for unit handovers, customer interactions, and ensuring that all timelines are met effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

• Trade background preferred.
• Ability to meet demanding deadlines and quality targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage health and safety on-site and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Inspect works, identify issues, and resolve them quickly.
• Oversee subcontractors, service providers, and testing schedules.
• Manage snagging, unit handovers, and commissioning processes.
• Communicate regularly with sales teams, homeowners, and potential buyers.
• Provide top-tier customer service and be a brand ambassador.
