About the Role:
Our client, an established Contractor, is seeking a General Forepersonto oversee upcomingresidential & commercial refurb/fitout projects in the Dublin & Wicklow areas.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company, overseeing both resi & commercial projects while ensuring the highest standards of innovation, quality, and compliance in long-term developments.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Trade background or Construction-related Degree
Knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
Minimum5+ years’ experience in a lead Site Management positionoverseeing & running medium sized projects
