Project Oversight:
Play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe working environment across all residential construction sites. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.

For this project you will need comprehensive knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Health and Safety Advisor in the construction industry within residential or apartment complex projects.

• Strong ability to conduct site audits and risk assessments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging safety training.

Qualifications:

• Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
