Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Cork team. This role will involve assisting the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, overseeing payments, and handling cost reports for residential and commercial projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3-5 years post-graduate experience with Developer, Main Contractor or PQS.
• Experience with RC frame/apartment or residential/commercial projects is ideal but not essential.
• Strong IT skills (Cubit, Cost-ex, MS Word, Excel).
• Ability to work on your initiative and within a team.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, payments, and normal QS duties.
• Assist with monthly valuations and cost reports.
• Report on project budgets and variations.
• Maintain subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
• Tasks will increase in responsibility as you gain experience.
