Our client is seeking a strong Project Manager to lead a large high density residential development in Dublin city. The project is ongoing & consists of >200 units being built in phases over the next 2 years. The client has a large portfolio of sites to deliver over the course over the next 5/6 years.

This hands-on role is based on-site in Dublin City and requires managing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This position is ideal for a professional with significant experience in managing large-scale residential projects for main contractors or developers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (desirable).
• Proven experience with a main contractor or developer managing & overseeing large-scale residential projects.
