Role Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee the site-based construction phases, acting as Quality Manager to ensure high standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating all aspects of Contract, Preconstruction, Design Procurement, and Build functions while aligning with HSEQS policies. The role also involves maintaining the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and identifying opportunities to add value and enhance project profitability.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Design and Build JCT and NEC3 contracts, as well as BREEAM/LEED.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the sector or delivery of at least 2-3 projects across different industries.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end Programme Management experience.
  • Strong commercial awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Academic or professional qualification in a construction-related subject (ideally chartered).
  • Planning and Temporary Works knowledge.
  • Contracts Management expertise.
