Our client, a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary building contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. With over 30 years of expertise in the construction industry, they have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.
In this role, you will be overseeing a large-scale Housing Development in Co. Louth, a long-term project set to continue for the next four years. The company is committed to maintaining the highest standards in construction and offers a supportive work environment where employees can advance their careers.
What We Are Looking For:
7-10 years of experience working with main building contractors or developers in Ireland or the UK
A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background
Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, environmental compliance, and legal requirements
A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
