Experience:8-10 years in construction project management, high & low rise residential experience desirable
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a residential project in South Dublin City. The project is due to commence in the next 1/2 months & will have a duration of 4 years. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hospital construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Ensure all project phases comply withhealthcare regulations and client standards.
Communicate effectively with management, clients, and stakeholders, presenting alternative solutions when needed.
Requirements:
A relevant 3rd-level qualification in construction, engineering, or project management.
8-10 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within hospital or healthcare-related projects.
