We are looking for a Qualified Senior Solar Installer to join a growing team of electricians in Dublin. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about renewable energy and wants to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
 Solar System Installation – Carry out high-quality solar PV system installations, including roof mounting, electrical connections, and system commissioning.
 Mentorship & Leadership – Guide and support junior installers, ensuring best practices and safety standards are met.
 Site Assessment & Planning – Work closely with project managers to assess installation sites, plan layouts, and optimize efficiency.
 Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure installations meet all industry regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
 Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Identify and resolve any installation challenges, ensuring systems are fully operational.
 Travel & On-Site Work – Willingness to travel as required to installation sites across various locations.
 Customer Interaction – Represent the company professionally, answering customer queries and providing post-installation support if needed.

What You Need:
✅ Proven solar installation experience – Strong background in residential or commercial solar PV installations.
✅ Qualified and Registered  holding a valid QC Number – Certification required to sign off on installations.
✅ Technical Knowledge – Experience with mounting systems, DC/AC electrical connections, and inverters.
✅ Ability to Work Independently – Self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of managing your own workload.
✅ Willingness to Travel – Comfortable with on-site work at different locations.
✅ Strong Work Ethic & Leadership Skills – Ability to mentor, train, and support team members.
