Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer -Dubln

This role will entail quantity surveying on multi-million euro projects entailing tasks such as valuations, claims, cost management, subcontractor management, procurement and pricing works. Estimating for new tenders will form a vital task within the role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must Hold a BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
•  Min 3-5years of recent practical experience in a project QS/Estimating role in IRL or UK Must have excellent knowledge in MS Office skills
• Must have the ability to Multi-Task
• Good Organisational skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Preferable have a proven ability to prepare and price civil tenders
• Preferable but not essential to be a member of the society of chartered surveyors.
