Senior Financial Accountant – Hybrid | Kill, Co. Kildare
Are you a qualified accountant looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced, construction-focused environment? I am parterened with a client who are an Irish engineering services company that provides network infrastructure, industrial services, modular buildings, and event solutions across various sectors.
We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their team and play a key role in managing project budgets, subcontractor administration, and financial reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our commercial team, ensuring financial efficiency and profitability across multiple projects.
Oversee and manage project budgets, tracking financial performance and variances.
Work closely with Quantity Surveyors to ensure accurate cost reporting and reconciliation.
Manage subcontractor administration, including onboarding, payments, and compliance.
Provide financial analysis and reporting, ensuring accurate allocations and reconciliations.
Collaborate with procurement and accounts teams for efficient financial operations.
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in a finance or commercial department within the construction sector.
Strong financial acumen with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical and communication skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
