Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within Modular business unit, you will play a key role in managing costs across projects, ensuring maximum value for money while maintaining required standards. This position involves full-spectrum Quantity Surveying duties, from civil works to turnkey handover of fully finished Modular Buildings. You will support Project Managers in delivering financial and contractual control across all contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual communications and notices.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in quantity surveying.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong contractual knowledge and experience.
• Background in Civils or Modular Buildings preferred
