Our client who are a Developer within the Irish building industry are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This is a permanent position on a Residential development consisting of both houses and apartments. Long term projects

Requirements

• Good knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• Proven track record having managed medium to large scale residential projects  
• Ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• 3 + years of Site Engineer experience in the UK/Irish market
