Site Foreperson – Developer – West Dublin / Kildare
Permanent Position
Our client a Residential Developer are seeking an experienced Site Foreperson to join their team on a high density Residential project in West Dublin/Kildare. They require a strong residential Site Foreman with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, façade & internals.
Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Foreperson/Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
- Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
- Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee Finishing Foremen on Internal works
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
