Site Manager (Civils/Structures) – Developer – Dublin South
Permanent Position
Our client a Developer, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a high density residential project in South Dublin. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience but particularly strong on civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, basements etc.
Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
- Previous Experience on large scale Residential or Commercial projects is desirable
- Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, basement etc
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
