Site Manager (Fitout/Internals) – Developer – Dublin South
Permanent Position
Our client a Developer, are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a high density residential project in South Dublin. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience but who’s particularly strong on the fitout, finishes, internals etc of high density residential projects.
Requirements
- Trade Background or Construction related Degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
- Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
- Manage & oversee the fitout/finishes of all Internal works
- Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
