Site Manager –Tier 1 Contractor –Wicklow
Permanent Position
Our client a Tier 1 main contractor are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a Healthcare project in Wicklow. They require a strong Site Manager with good all round construction experience in civils/groundworks, concrete, structures, façade & internals.
Requirements
Trade Background or Construction related Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor
Previous Experience on large scale Residential projects is desirable
Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, façade, & oversee Finishing Foremen on Internal works
Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
