Site/Project Manager – Builder/Developer – North Dublin/Drogheda

Permanent Position

Our client a Builder/Developer is seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to join his team on a local authority residential project in the North Dublin/Drogheda area.

The project is for a 12 month duration & starts within the next month or so.

It involves the new build & renovation of local authority houses along with external civils, drainage, groundworks etc in the estate. So the requirement is for someone with good all round construction experience, knowledge of new build resi & particularly strong on civils/groundworks, drainage, services, foundations, structures etc.

This person will have overall responsibility on site & will need to liaise with the council, consultants etc so this person needs strong paperwork, organisational & communication skills.

Requirements

• Construction related Degree desirable, will also consider Trade Background
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a Site Manager with a Developer or Main Contractor
• Manage the civils/groundworks, drainage, along with the structure, concrete works, basement etc
• Manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• Previous experience overseeing local authority works desirable
• Strong management, communication & delegation skills essential along with ability to multitask and prioritise workload
