Site/Project Manager – Cork
Modular – Healthcare
Location: West Cork
Duration: 6 month contract
Experience: minimum 10 years in construction site & project management, modular experience desirable though not essential
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site/Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a healthcare project in West Cork . The project has a program of 6 months & is due to commence in the next 4/6 weeks. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage key stakeholders while ensuring compliance with industry and healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hospital construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure all project phases comply with healthcare regulations and client standards.
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and stakeholders, presenting alternative solutions when needed.
- Develop detailed project plans and strategies to oversee the full project lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, schedules, and potential risks.
Requirements:
- A relevant 3rd-level qualification in construction, engineering, or project management or a trades background
- 8-10 years of experience in construction site & project management, ideally within hospital or healthcare-related projects.
