Site/Setting Out Engineer – Dublin West - Developer

An opportunity for an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a residential project in Dublin West. The role involves overseeing engineering aspects, managing subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of engineering experience with Robotic Total Stations
- HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Monitor and evaluate quality control for subcontractors’ work.
- Coordinate site drawings and maintain quality assurance records.
- Set out for subcontractors, including groundwork, RC frame, and civil works.
- Supervise and monitor groundworks and concrete frame contractors.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure site records and quality documentation are maintained accurately.
