- 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst.
- Advanced skills in system analysis, documentation and requirement gathering.
- Solid understanding of conceptual/architectural designs.
- Strong technical knowledge and capability.
- Good understanding of SAFe, Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with any project tracking tools like JIRA/Rally/ADO.
- Good understanding of database design and experience using SQL.
- Experience designing APIs with JSON/XML and running APIs using tools like Postman.
- High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organization skills.
- Good understanding of Java, CI/CD, Cloud infrastructure (PCF/ AWS/ Azure), microservices architecture, data structures and experience in data extraction and analysis is highly advantageous.
