The Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring top talent is identified and engaged efficiently. Working fully remotely, you’ll contribute to building high-performing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job ads.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate candidate scheduling.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress.

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency.
• Must have hands on experience with Workday.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with a passion for connecting with people.
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
