Roxana Sandu is our Contractor Onboarding Specialist and has been a key part of E-Frontiers for over a decade, bringing a wealth of recruitment experience from both Romania and Ireland, where she lived for seven years. Since stepping into her role as Contractor Onboarding Specialist in 2022, she has ensured a seamless transition for contractors into their new roles.
Based in Bucharest, Roxana manages all aspects of contract administration, including renewals, engagement letters, payment terms, payroll, timesheets, and database management. With a background in recruitment for multinationals, SMEs, and startups, she understands the nuances of contract management and is committed to providing a smooth, efficient onboarding experience.
Roxana holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (French). Outside of work, Roxana loves to cook and travel to new places with her family.
