Vincent Blake was a leader, a mentor, and above all, a great friend to all who knew him. As co-founder of E-Frontiers, Vinny played a fundamental role in shaping the company into what it is today. With many years of experience in commercial software engineering, he understood the challenges of hiring in the tech industry firsthand.
His journey into recruitment was driven by his own frustrations with traditional agencies, inspiring him to create a company that truly understood the needs of both clients and candidates. His knowledge, passion, and values continue to guide us every day. Though Vinny sadly passed away in 2021, his presence remains strong in the foundation of E-Frontiers and in the team he helped build.
Vinny is deeply missed, but his legacy lives on in everything we do.
